Clips, flips to share the true Christmas story

Of course, it is the week before Christmas and rather than focus on the routine and horrible news of our time (like the trouble in the Middle East, the region where Christ was born and lived), I am choosing to clip and flip some of the content from the 'social current see' that relates to the true story of Christmas.  Most of us who follow social media have ample opportunity to read, like, share and archive similar content.

According to this SOURCE, The Christmas Story of the Birth of Jesus (paraphrased from the Bible), the Christmas story gives a biblical account of the events surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ. The Christmas story is paraphrased from the New Testament books of Matthew and Luke in the Bible.

Caveats about HOA CC&Rs

Anyone who lives or has lived in a common interest development (aka homeowners association or HOA) has certain cognizance of the covenants, rules, and conditions (CC&Rs) of those "private government" communities.  Virtually every conflict that can and will arise in these locations is the result of CC&Rs that were initially drafted by the community developer and then perhaps altered or amended by the HOA attorneys.  Sometimes those changes need enabling legislation at the state level, but that is a whole different matter.  If the HOA lobby is not 100% behind those changes, the local HOA homeowner has little chance of effecting the change. Of course, that law is the Davis-Stirling Act (DSL), extant since 1985. Did you know?  The prime-position author of that law, the notable former and recalled Gov.
