Granted, the lead tweet and the video clip are not truly related, but they both illustrate a point:  Every month, multiple thousands of HOA board meetings take place.  By far, the fast majority of these meetings are not recorded for posting on the internet, as is done by the VillageWalk HOA in Florida . Given that there is a general guideline to maintain privacy of general meetings (exclusive rights for the board to limit attendance only by HOA members and invited guests, not the general public), the fact that one or more HOAs might post video recordings in the web is highly unusual.
