Granted, the lead tweet and the video clip are not truly related, but they both illustrate a point:  Every month, multiple thousands of HOA board meetings take place.  By far, the fast majority of these meetings are not recorded for posting on the internet, as is done by the VillageWalk HOA in Florida .
