Tweets about #texting and #driving TAKE THE SURVEY Yesterday (Jan 28), we were in the area of North Irvine, Orange County, CA, one of our almost weekly visits with our daughter, Andrea, and granddaughter, Emma, now almost 9 months old.  While driving two and from various locations, we spotted at least a half-dozen drivers behind the wheel, talking with hand-held phones.  We constantly observe this and I know you do as well, whatever your location.
