Done! No class-action cause for this Trilogy class of 1317

Image
Most courtroom visits are telling and fraught with mystery. Such was the case yesterday when about 10 out of 1317 homeowners for our common interest development (aka homeowners association or HOA) made their way from Trilogy Glen Ivy (south of Corona) to downtown Riverside for the purpose that is told in the clips and links below. Normally, this is a short trip of about 25-30 minutes, even on the congested 91 Freeway, but yesterday, the trip took 90 minutes or more for some unknown reason. Details provided in the 'social current see' that follows and the preceding posts. Flip②▶ Altacities  ®   SUBSCRIBE [ View the story "Class action view above the Trilogy Hills" on Storify ]

Unfortunately, I am a current outcast at the site due to violation of the host rules:  When writing about the California drought and the coming El Niño, I dared to provide an external link to amplify information on the subject.  The host of the message board, a former board member for our HOA, has such a proprietary, provincial view of his site, he will stifle, even censor communication for the most inane reasons. So, I am ...

Class action suit reaction (1)

(CORONA) When a local judge sends to every member of your HOA a special letter of invitation to his courtroom, you probably should pay attention.  Such is the story told in the following archive. Because the event is still unfolding, there will be other details and facets to be shared in subsequent posts.  For now, we and others are trying to garner attention about this matter within our community. That task, as usual, is very difficult due to the apathy and distance most of our neighbors hold about matters of HOA governance.  ▶ Flip②▶  STORIFY  ♥  FLIPBOARD ★  BLOGGER  ▲ ALTACITIES  ® ▶  TWITTER See more in the 'social current see' with   4,900+ followers  on  FLIPBOARD   and the other media links noted above [ View the story "Class action suit reaction" on Storify ]
