Such is this account from Sherwood Court, MN, and like the source, you may be amazed and concerned. You can read the details, but the clarion lesson is that homeowners who contemplate paid roommates in their dwellings better understand their HOA CC&Rs and don't let the HOA attorneys get involved in the dispute.
