The image (photo below) is a familiar scene in our common interest development (aka HOA) of Trilogy Glen Ivy in the Inland Empire of Southern California. For sure, this location not only overlooks a popular golf course in this region, but it is also a shot that is used generously by websites and travel bloggers like #55Places.com.

Unfortunately, as you can see in the details of the #SocialCurrentSee clip of the day the #55Places site has misattributed the location of this photo, rather they have associated the photo with a scene from Portland, Oregon.  Oops!

Goodness knows, during our roughly ten years of existence, our common interest development (aka HOA) of Trilogy Glen Ivy in the Inland Empire of Southern Californiahas had its fair share of controversy and governance issues, both good and bad from the homeowner perspective. Life is relatively peaceful at the moment, although some unfinished business and attention to details (or lack thereof) are creating angst for some.

Yet, the details of this #SocialCurrentSee clip of the day is one story that has no parallel in our community, but that does not mean it is not possible.

Our common interest development (aka HOA) of Trilogy Glen Ivy in the Inland Empire of Southern California is just south of Corona and about 30 minutes from the major area transportation and logistics hub of Ontario, CA.

The proximity of these locations is important concerning deliveries, as in those by the USPS.  Our community of 1317 homeowners is served centrally by a common post office which can nicely handle envelopes and small packages, but larger items require home address delivery.  And since I am now tracking a package for delivery tomorrow, the topic is top of mind.

Most of the residents in our common interest development (aka HOA) in Trilogy Glen Ivy, a small berg just south of Corona in the Inland Empire of Southern California are not frequent viewers of late night television, as found in the clip that leads this post. Not that we don't appreciate the entertainment provided, it's just that the hour is beyond our typical bedtime.

What we are missing is really a shame, however.  These shows like the one hosted by Seth Meyers would tell us much about Gen-X and Gen-Y viewers who make up the majority of those who tune in.

Scammers are setting up call centers, establishing call-back protocols and using specific names and designated court hearing times. The bottom line, according to real court officials, is that nobody legitimate is going to call you and demand immediate payment for something like not showing up for jury duty. A bonafide officer of the court will never threaten an individual or demand the immediate payment – either over the telephone or money wire service – for fines or for not responding to a jury summons.

According to BING, the meaning and synonyms of #DISHARMONY are lack of harmony or agreement, as in discord · friction · strife · conflict · hostility · acrimony · bad blood · bad feeling · enmity · dissension · disagreement · feuding · quarreling · disunity · division · divisiveness

The video clip that leads this post well documents all of the above and then some.  The young couple in this story didn't expect and they did not deserve the events that followed their first home purchase in the Southland. This and a constant stream of other archived stories on @Storify appear in the links below.
