If you are a homeowner in California, you are probably in the 80+% majority who are not covered by earthquake insurance (EQI). So, stands to reason that you probably do not follow the California Earthquake Authority (CEA), even though there are press reports daily about earthquakes. It is based in Sacramento, California.
