#appreciation (Bostonian style)

Flip②▶STORIFY
While this 'social current see' archives a relevant and important theme, the source did not intend to make any more mention of Super Bowl XLVIII events, until, of course, that was the top story in the search results for what's trending in #appreciation.  For sports fans everywhere, our seasonal preoccupation with football is essentially over, so the fanatics can now ponder the start of MLB spring training with team pitchers and catchers due to report in about 16 days.

A 'moniker' for the 'social current see' about common interest developments, aka HOAs, or homeowner associations, also property owner associations (POAs). These communities, while private governments, function much like cities with more than 9 million residents in these localities in California. As such, ALTACITIES, "alternate cities," are larger than the combined populations of the four largest cities in the state, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose and San Francisco.
